Dancing Death: Body and Mind Engagement in Memorial Monuments of the Holocaust. Reconceptualized Inheritance Identity and Traditional Rituals.

Rituals of Beton and Brass.

Where the words end and the movement begins. The work is based on the documentation of the ceremonies I performed and  the physical encounter with the monuments  The memorial to the murdered Jews of Europe and The Stumbling Blocks. Connecting to commemoration and heritage through the moving-body/movement, observing and reflecting. My performance with Jewish symbols, re-examine the definition of community, communal behavior, rituals and redefine the individual and the relationship between the individual with and within the collective as part of a community. Moreover, I explore the moving body, the phenomenon of self and identity.
